I'm used to mimics, and now that I'm trying out the decorations I've found that it's sometimes easier to just make a mimic and convert it. That is because decorations don't come built in with a color, like mimics do, and because they default to facing forward, while mimics can be oriented. Therefore, I'm asking if we could get a new key, maybe ctrl+shift+x, which would generate a new decoration, except it would by default have the color and orientation and block selection of what you are currently holding. So if I have a metal triangle corner colored with color 1 facing backwards ready to place, and I click this new key, it would generate a decoration to those specifications, which I could still edit, just like if you transfer a mimic. This would be a major time saver since it's easier to select the blocks and color and orientation in build mode than it is in the decoration UI.
