Options on all weapon firing pieces for the following:
"Don't reload during combat while ammo fraction < X%"
"Don't reload while ammo fraction < X%"
And in the case of weapons with internal ammo storage, the same options but for their internal storage rather than vehicle pool
I feel like this would enable better ability to manage and prioritise which weapons get ammunition when it is running low, for example to make sure your main guns get ammo while your AA might only reload if there is spare ammo to do so. Rather than that one annoying rapid fire gun uses all the ammo.
It would also allow alpha-strike only weapons leading to vehicles that fire off a "one use only" weapon such as large missile salvo, while conserving ammunition for its guns during the fight instead of the missiles trying to reload and using up all the ammo in the process.
