Currently, if you are using a target priorisation card and your AI has multiple very similar targets (e.g. a swarm of small planes for your AA guns), it will repeatedly switch between them, making guns ineffective as they spend a lot of time turning between targets.
Being able to set a weight for the current target would solve this issue, as it would make the AI stick with its current target, until there is a target available that is much better (as opposed to just one that is a tiny bit better, as with the current system).
