As far as I looked by ILSpy, lift force is proportional to forward velocity.
In real life, it is velocity and attack angle in usual region.
So what? It makes it difficult to control altitude; for example, planes go into space.
IRL, when pich up, lift force increases. Then the plane moves up. When pich down, the force decreases and it moves down.
In FTD, it's a bit complicated.
Therefore if attack angle of the plane is positive, when pich up lift force DECREASES, and when pich down lift force INCREASES.
In addition, this change is very small compared with real life. Differentiate the formula with attack angle.
So I suggest to make it similar to real life. This would be simple.
