I first noticed it since v126.96.36.199 devtest version.
At the start of a battle in designer or campaign when a vehicle is freshly loaded into play, any LAMS nodes on vehicles will not fire at all. Immediately after moving the cursor over any node (opening up the Q menu option), the nodes begin to fire.
Sometimes the nodes begin to work after projectiles or missiles have hit the vehicle, but most of the time I have to get close to the nodes of a vehicle to view the Q menu option (don't actually have to press Q) before they will work. Once working, they continue to work for the rest of the battle.
The vehicles I see it happening to in my campaign are attached. It is happening with any vehicle freshly loaded into designer and pitted against an enemy with missiles/projectiles that LAMS should work against. The LAMS stay idle as the projectiles go into range and hit the vehicle.
