After the AI overhaul, a units' AI will keep moving in circles or jabbing left and right despite having no orders to do so, because it either has finished a move command or has received none at all. This behaviour is both unbearable and unwanted, as it makes it quite hard to command ships in battle, since they'll keep moving after finishing navigating to a waypoint. Whenever manual drive inputs are given, an AI will override them because it notices it has drifted away from its last waypoint. Which also makes manual steering a pain, necessitating AIs to be turned off whenever you want to drive a unit yourself or you want it to stay put.
Put simple, a ship without orders should not be controlled by the AI. The option for "drifting" should be a manual option, not turned on permanently.
