So, I've had this issue for an exceptionally long time, where it was common for the game's window to freeze up, but the game itself, including it's sound engine, would perform as normal. You can even open the pause menu and press on buttons, however which buttons you press are mostly down to guesswork (although audio fades and mouse lock is often a good clue).
Originally, this could be partially fixed by disconnecting or reconnecting my second monitor, or by simply unfocusing and refocusing the game. However, as of the latest (devtest) build, these actions don't fix the problem. I tried, as a last ditch effort, to reorientate my screen (CTRL+ALT+LEFT_ARROW, followed by CTRL+ALT+UP_ARROW), and this then caused the game to crash entirely.
I would blame Unity for these issues, but no other Unity game has ever displayed these behaviours, so I'd instead blame From The Depths. However, as to how you will be able to fix the problem is beyond me. I've left the crash logs here, if they are of any help at all.
