Simple weapon laser has 400 damage/s and 35 AP.
So without smoke, it can deal 2000 damage to a metal beam during 5 sec.
(a metal beam has 2100 health)
In single smoke layer, it deals only 20 damage.
Though Smoke attenuation is 1/10, it can deal only 1/100 damage.
This is because HitSmokes method has strange counter.
It counts from -1.
When smoke is 1, HitSmokes weakens the laser 2 times.
When smoke is 2, it weakens 3 times.
When smoke is 3, it weakens 4 times...
This script makes lasers too weak I think.
