Having fun learning new AI. I built a small wood sub and added 4 AI PIDs Pitch, Roll, Yaw, Hover.
Pitch and Roll with False set point=0, Yaw=default and Hover=-30 plus all the props needed and set properly.
Using fleetmove, Works well when active, but when idle (reaching end wavepoint) the AI stops controlling pitch causing it to nose up (still controlling hover, roll, and yaw), once active starts controlling pitch again.
To counter that i tried adding a general purpose PID set to pitch false set point=0 and it worked but giving it a move wavepoint caused the sub to turn 180 and face away from wavepoint with no forward or reverse movement.
Removing the general purpose PID had no effect (still facing away from any wavepoint order) until removing vehicle from play and returning to play, then it started facing the right way and moving again.
I hope you understand this and thanks for the hard work.
edit.. i dont know what happened but the problem with the GP PID reversing the direction of the sub to the wavepoint is gone now (restarting the game might have fixed it) .
Its just the AI PID not controlling the pitch propellers while idle (only working when the forward thrust propellers are active)
